Dedication

Dalton Levine

The 15th Annual Nutcracker of Parker is dedicated to the enduring and loving memory of Dalton Luke Levine.  Dalton was born on June 8, 1998 to his adoring parents Karen and Gary Levine. Early on, it was clear that Dalton loved music and had a gift for the performing arts. He started dance lessons at the tender age of four and violin lessons at the age of five. He went on to become a competitive dancer and accomplished violinist.

Dalton was an instrumental part of the Nutcracker of Parker cast since it's inception 15 years ago.  His roles were throughout the show in every scene, from Gingersnap & Fritz in his younger years to Nutcracker Prince & Cavalier later on.  Dalton will always be remembered as a pioneer of this show.  Dalton's mother, Karen Levine, is now and forever, the main role of Mother Ginger.

Dalton's memory and everlasting legacy lives on to this day through Dalton's Moon Foundation, a non-profit 501(c)3 Public Charity operated by Karen Levine and a team of "inner circle" dance families, benefiting organizations such as Children's Hospital Foundation Colorado, Flight for Life, Dancers with Cancer and more, all with a driving goal to continue childhood cancer research & potential cures.  For more information, please visit www.daltonsmoon.org
